If you identify a mistake with your order or you just need to return your tyres, please notify our Customer Support and we will identify a prompt and easy resolution.
If the products ordered by the customer are unavailable with the distributor at the time of sale or within 15-days of your purchase, customers can opt to choose alternative products, or request a refund in full unless the delay is due to force majeure. If you choose to select an alternative product any difference in order value will be refunded or collected from the customer.
If you change your mind prior to your tyre fitment, we're more than happy to offer you a store credit or refund, minus an administration and restocking fee of 10%.
ALL orders must be fitted or picked up within 15-days from the date of your purchase. If the period exceeds 15-days you will be charged a storage fee of 5% of your order value per day.
Please note that once tyres are fitted to a vehicle it is not possible to return them.
Tyres covered by a manufacturer's warranty are sold with that particular warranty. Our Customer Support team will help you obtain the fulfilment of a manufacturer's warranty, so please contact them directly.
Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return for Refund or Exchange
A Rim Rubber returns specialist will inspect all returns, which are accepted within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for return, products must be completed unused and not driven on.
If orders are collected directly from one of our distribution centres, they are only eligible for immediate return or exchange on the day of pickup. After the day of pickup, one of our returns specialists will review the order before a credit or exchange will be granted. It will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process the credit. To make arrangements, please call the Customer Support team.
The credit amount will be calculated by subtracting all freight charges from the purchase credit.
All our orders are shipped via Aramex. Freight will be charged both ways if shipments are refused.
Credits will be issued to the credit card that has been used to purchase the order. If the purchase was made by cheque or cash, refunds will be made via cheque and sent directly to the billing address.
GCC CUSTOMERS: If an order has any items that are missing, damaged or shipped incorrectly, taxes and duties will be waived when the order is reshipped. Please call or contact us directly and we will provide a Return Authorisation Number as well as additional information on return shipments.
GCC duties, taxes and VAT will not be refunded on items that are returned for any reasons other than those listed above.
Shipping and Damage Claims
If you receive a shipment with any incorrect or damaged items, please contact our Customer Support team. We will notify the shipper directly of the damage and organise replacement or exchange accordingly. We will arrange returns on damaged items only if the merchandise is completely repackaged in the original packing.
- The original strapping should be completely intact. If it is not, please ship tyres individually and do not tape together.
- Each tyre should be clearly labelled with your return address and Rim Rubber's address, even if it is strapped directly to another tyre.
- The packing slip along with the return authorization number should be taped securely on the tyre.
